Thursday 28th January 2016 Understanding Religion and Law Third Workshop

Russell Sandford, of The Univesrity of Cardiff Law School, hosted our 3rd workshop on 28th January 2016.  Buddhism, Christianity and Islam, and how they conceptualise “law” formed the main topic of conversation.  Professor Ebrahim Moosa (Notre Dame University) – a leader in contemporary Muslim theological and legal developments in the US – gave our third public lecture on Slavery and Contemporary Islamic legal reform.
